How does bottle service (table service) work?
Be honest, who doesn’t want to be a VIP at the biggest electronic music event in Tampa? The good news is bottle service allows you to do just that. The way that bottle service works is that you commit to a minimum spend, and in return, you get to reserve a private table. You instantly become a VIP, and it allows you to get one of the best seats in the entire show. It’s no surprise that bottle service is considered the best and most luxurious way to enjoy the festival!

What else comes with a table?
A table comes with dedicated check in and expedited entry, private transportation from the check in tent to your table, air conditioning, private bathrooms, exclusive gift bags, and a private VIP viewing area. The price of the table is equal to your credit in alcohol and food consumption. The table also comes with redbulls, waters, and as many free mixers as you need.
Where is the Sunset Oasis located?
All tables are located on an elevated platform facing main stage. So the more front and center you sit, the higher the price. You can view the floor plan below.
What is the best table at Sunset?
The best table is in the Diamond section, but there are three different rows you can pick from, all at varying price points.
Do I have to buy tickets in addition to a table at Sunset?
No, your table reservation includes dedicated entry and expedited admission for up to 6-10 guests, depending on package. Additional wristbands can be purchased.
Are there any other fees I show know about?
Table minimums don’t include tax or the 22% gratuity fee on top of the alcohol portion of the package. We will provide full transparency of cost breakdown for you to review before you make the purchase
Can I cancel my table if I’m no longer going?
Sunset tables are fully prepaid in advance and are usually non-refundable. If, for some catastrophic reason, you can no longer make the event, we can reach out to our partners at Sunset and see what we can do for you.
Can I split a table with another group?
Yes. As long as both parties complete payment and are in agreement of how many people from each of their group receive entry, this is allowable. Discotech/Sunset may not be able to coordinate finding you another group to split, so we recommend facilitating this at your own risk.
Dress code?
The dress code at Sunset is very lax – Remember that Sunset is in Tampa so it is very hot and humid. Stay cool and hydrated and keep your attire in line with that. Refer to Sunset Music Festivals website for full dress code.
