When: Saturday and Sunday afternoons
What to wear: Swimsuits, sunscreen, and your game face. Swim Club at Hyde Beach is insane.
What to drink: If you want to keep your wits about you, it’d be smart to go slow. But Miami is a hard town to do that in, so just be pure. Take a shot, grab a drink, and sip it.
If you’re in Miami, it’s a must to hit up a pool party. There’s no better choice than Swim Club at Hyde Beach. The venue’s third location after Las Vegas and Los Angeles, this Hyde is surely stepping it up. On Saturdays and Sundays, enjoy music from a rotating lineup of DJs that includes William Geslin and Patrick Pizzorini, in addition to YSL. And if you’re tired of just wading the pool, Hyde Beach’s oceanfront location leaves you steps away from fully enjoying the sands of South Beach.

As summer quickly approaches, anyone coming to Las Vegas should be prepared for those hot 110-degree nights.
Night time pool parties, otherwise known as nightswims, are by far the most epic parties in Vegas. There’s only a few night swims a week and they only take place during the Summertime (when it’s warm enough to get into the water at night). The dress code at nightswim is fairly lax – you can pretty much wear anything you’d be able to wear to a daytime pool party – in fact, it’s highly encouraged. You can also wear standard formal dresswear if you’re so inclined as well.
Here’s our guide to the best nightswim pool parties in Las Vegas:
Encore Beach Club At Night (Nightswim at Surrender) – Fridays and Saturdays at Surrender
Encore Beach Club is the most popular day party on the strip, and it’s just as fun at night.
Returning for it’s fourth year is Encore Beach Club at Night. This event used to be on Thursdays but has now been extended to Fridays and Saturdays. Nightswim at Surrender is a vibrant mixture of the daytime pool elements that you would enjoy at Encore Beach Club plus the excitement and entertainment that you only find in the top nightclubs. Bring your swimsuit and get ready to get turnt!
XS Nightswim – Sunday nights at XS, some Mondays
If you’ve never been to an XS Nightclub Sunday Nightswim party, you are missing out. Each and every year they set attendance records because they bring the top DJ talent and let guests get lit in the pool. There is no dress code for these Sunday Nightswim events. Feel free to wear pool or nightlife attire. Everyone is encouraged to jump in the water. Be prepared for things to get wild because as the energy intensifies you’re going to get wet!
Because dancing by the pool shouldn’t be limited to daylight hours, the Eclipse nighttime-pool-party will return this summer to Daylight Beach Club at Mandalay Bay.
Eclipse debuted two years and served as host to some of the most unique parties all year, likened to the famed sunset parties in Ibiza. This year will feature some hip hop artists such as Rick Ross, J Cole, and Metro Boomin.
Eclipse will be open from 10 p.m. to 3 a.m. on certain nights throughout the season.
Wet at Night (Wet Republic Nightswim) – Wednesdays at Wet Republic
Wet Republic Ultra Pool at the MGM Grand Hotel & Casino announced today its premiere season of “WET At Night”, its nighttime pool party set to take place every Wednesday throughout the summer.
The daytime destination will heat up as the sun goes down this summer with an impressive lineup every Wednesday night. Calvin Harris, Showtek, Tiesto, DVBBS as well as Sunnery James & Ryan Marciano are just a handful of talented star DJs who will grace the mid-week, nighttime event this season.
Wet Republic has been a go-to summer spot for visitors in Las Vegas since its opening. Last October, the high-energy dayclub offered partygoers its first look into its evening party concept, mixing exceptional service with chart-topping, headlining DJs. The “WET At Night” concept returns, but this time for a full slate events throughout the summer that will surely leave pool patrons asking for more.
Drais Nightswim – Tuesdays at Drais Nightclub
After its maiden voyage last summer, Yacht Club at Drai’s Beachclub & Nightclub is afloat once again on top of The Cromwell in the heart of Las Vegas Boulevard. Starting on Tuesdays, the city’s most in-demand nocturnal pool party will recur all summer long every Tuesday night with explosive DJ sets and live concerts, thirst-quenching libations, insane party packages and unmatched views of the iconic Las Vegas Strip.
Taking place on Drai’s 30,000 square foot outdoor pool playground, Yacht Club is deck-ed out with an outdoor DJ booth and live performance area; two main pools; VIP bungalows sharing five private pools; 15 luxury mezzanine level cabanas each equipped with an HD TV, private restrooms with showers, and their own mezzanine level pool; two full service bars and more. From front to back and port to starboard, this expansive beachclub setting is the perfect place to splash and dance under the moonlight.
For the whales out there, Drai’s offers a specially crafted Rooftop Regatta menu featuring packages from $250,000 and up, culminating with the most extravagant nightlife package Las Vegas has seen yet: The Moby Dick. Cashing in at $1 million, The Moby Dick will get you a literal boatload of stuff including: one (1) private yacht charter for you and 40 of your friends which can launch from Miami, New York, Los Angeles, Orange County or San Francisco;two (2) 180-second self-detonated rooftop firework displays; 400 bottles of spray champagne; 100 bottles of Dom Pérignon Brut Luminous; and two varieties of Ace of Spades champagne – one 30-liter Brut Midas and one 15-liter Rosé Nebuchadnezzar.
Wet Republic‘s weekly Wednesday nightswim ‘Wet at Night’ is back for the 2015 summer pool season. Night swims are some of the most epic / fun events in Vegas. If you happen to be in Las Vegas on a Wednesday night, this event is a must-attend.
Wet Republic has partnered with Hakkasan to bring you the biggest DJs in the world, including Steve Aoki, Calvin Harris, Tiesto, Chuckie, Nervo, and Afrojack.
We have access to a free girl’s guestlist for this event. For guys we’d recommend buying bottle service or buying presale tickets. You can sign up for guestlist or book tables directly on our free mobile app – download here.

In December of last year Hakkasan Group purchased a controlling stake in Light Group and 22 of its properties including Light Nightclub and Daylight Dayclub. Already responsible for MGM’s Hakkasan and Wet Republic properties, as well as Caesar’s brand new superclub Omnia, Hakkasan Group aims to differentiate Light from its other properties by focusing on a diversely-curated lineup rather than mainstream superstars. With that in mind, Daylight at the Mandalay bay is introducing the Sundown concept, the Strip’s first deep house day party / sunset party.
The new weekly party, to be held every Sunday at Daylight, is the brainchild of brand development VP Zee Zandi, marketing manager Pearce Cleaveland and renowned producer Nic Fanciulli, who plans to bring a lot of his underground DJ friends along for the ride. Inspired by Ibiza’s celebrated sunset parties, Daylight is ready to pair top, underground house music talent with the vibrant natural wonder Las Vegas displays at each day’s end. Beginning with Guy Gerber on April 26, some of the most revered alternative DJs will take the stage every Sunday sunset, crafting a visual and harmonious experience.
This party starts at 2 PM in the afternoon and runs until 11 PM at night. We have a free girl’s guestlist as well as a free or discounted even ratio guest list for Sundown at Daylight. To get on the guestlist or book bottle service, download the Discotech mobile app.
Sundown’s current lineup:
- 4/26/15 – Guy Gerber
- 5/3/15 – Nic Fanciulli
- 5/10/15 – Spacebyrdz
- 5/17/15 – Disclosure
- 5/24/15 – Danny Tenaglia
