Four months after Avicii’s tragic death, the Hollywood Hills home of the famed Swedish DJ and electronic music producer has sold off market for $17.5 million to Richard Saghian, the owner, founder, and CEO of Fashion Nova – the most famous / successful Instagram fashion brand.

After gaining a devoted popular following with songs such as “Le7els” and “Wake Me Up,” the Avicii bought the house in L.A.’s high-end Bird Streets neighborhood for $15.55 million back in 2013.

Avicii’s mansion sits on the most famous Bird Streets street: Blue Jay Way, immortalized in psychedelic-influenced song by the Beatles. The Bird Streets have long been the most desirable (and likewise most expensive) area of the Hollywood Hills. They sit just east of Beverly Hills and directly overlook the Sunset Strip and the bustling city of West Hollywood.

Avicii, who was born with the name Tim Bergling and helped popularize the electronic music genre, passed away in an apparent suicide while visiting the capital of Oman in April.

While the house has been sold off the market and with scant listing photos, Bergling would often post photos of himself and his friends spending time in it on his Instagram account.

In the last Instagram photo posted two weeks before his death, Avicii stands over the tiles of the home as a grand piano and a view of the city dot the background.

Goodbye Avicii, you will be missed.
