Does EBC at Night have free guest list?

EBC at Night usually has a free guest list for ladies, discounted or free for guys in even ratio parties.. On certain nights with bigger talent the guest list might get cut earlier. On most nights girls on the guest list will come with two drink tickets if you come early. How much is cover charge at EBC at Night?

General admission at the door starts at around $30 for ladies and $40 for gentlemen on regular nights – expect more on holidays and special events / top tier DJs.

What is the guest list at EBC at Night/EBC Night Swim?

EBC at Night and EBC Night Swim are two names for the same nightclub venue located at the Encore Hotel. The only difference is that EBC at Night implies that the pool is closed, whereas EBC Night Swim will have the pool open at night, hence it is a night swim in Vegas. For simplicity sake moving forward, both EBC at Night and EBC Night Swim will be denoted as “EBC at Night”. Similar to other nightclubs in Las Vegas, EBC at Night offers free admission for customers who are on the guest list. EBC offers a guest list to attract early-bird, female customers, and price conscious guests to their party. To get in on the free guest list, there are a few conditions that must be met by you and your party.  

1. You have to RSVP your name on the guest list. (More on this below)
2. You have to physically check into the guest list entry before the club’s cut off time.
3. Your party must satisfy the “gender ratio” requirement – If you have men in your party, there must be an equal number of ladies or more.

When does EBC at Night offer a guest list?

EBC at Night offers a guest list on almost all days of operation. The exceptions for this will be on busy holiday weekends such as Memorial Day or Labor Day. The Discotech mobile app will make it very clear which dates have a guest list available, and if there are any restrictions on the guest list you should be aware of.  

What are the perks for being on the guest list for EBC at Night ?

Ladies receive free admission before 1:00 AM.

Men (who are accompanied by at least 1 lady each) will receive free or discounted admission before a certain time. Details vary depending on the day. Details for each day are available here.

How do I get on the guestlist for EBC at Night?

You must RSVP on our list before 8 PM on the night of the event. After that time, we are unable to accept new names for the guest list, and you will either need to purchase a pre-sale ticket, reserve a VIP table, or pay cover/general admission at the door.  (We recommend purchasing pre-sale tickets compared to paying general admission as it is cheaper and the line moves quicker. You can also buy tickets directly from our Discotech mobile app.)

If you have more than 6 people in your party, you will need to have another member of your party sign up for the guest list and add up to 5 additional guests on their end. So for example, if you have a party of 10 guests, you will be able to add yourself + 5 guests on your submission. You will then need one of the 4 remaining members to add themselves to the guest list and add the 3 additional guests.

What time does the guest list check-in close?

The guest list at EBC at Night typically closes at 1 AM for ladies, and 12 AM (midnight) for men. After that time, you will not be able to enter for free on the guest list. To clarify, you must be checked into the club by this time – it is not enough to be in line by the cut off time. 

The guest list line for EBC at Night is typically a lot less busy compared to the daytime pool party at EBC. Despite that, EBC at Night can still get packed on busy weekends or when there is a big DJ playing. As such, we typically recommend customers get in line at least 1 hour before the guest list check in closes. We generally recommend getting in line by 11 PM for most normal nights, and 10:30 PM for holiday weekends or other special weekends / large conventions.  

How does the “gender ratio” work for the EBC at Night guest list?

For men to get in for free on the guest list, they need to be accompanied by at least 1 female guest or more when they check in. 

For example, if your group has 3 guys and 4 girls, all 7 guests will be able to enter into the club for free on the guest list.  

Conversely, if your group has 4 guys and 3 girls, then only 6 guests will be able to get into the club for free (3 guys and 3 girls), and the last guy will need to pay cover to get in since he is short a female companion. 

Where is the EBC guest list check-in line located?

Unlike XS (also located at the Encore Hotel), EBC at Night only has one main entrance where the different lines enter. When you arrive at the front of Encore Beach Club, there will be signs that indicate where the guest list line is.  

Please be sure that you are waiting in the correct line for guest lists. The venue also has a line for VIP tables (bottle service), as well as for ticket holders and General Admission customers. You want to be in the free guest list line. The signs usually make it pretty clear, however if you are at all unsure, please ask one of the EBC at Night employees standing outside the venue to point you to the right place. It can get hectic outside the club at times, so please be kind and patient with the employees there!

How long does the guest list line at EBC at Night take?

As mentioned, the lines for EBC at Night are usually much shorter than the lines for the daytime event. As such, you can typically expect to wait under 30 minutes, especially if you follow our guidance and arrive early to the club! (For example, the first 50 guests in line can expect to get in within 10 minutes)

On busier nights, customers who show up later can expect to wait up to an hour or later depending on the night and demand. 

How to not get rejected at the guest list line:

Once you have waited in line and made it to the front of the guest list, the venue can still turn you away if you violate the club’s rules and policies. Here are some things to watch out for:

Dress Code: EBC will deny customers if they do not pass the dress code requirement. 

What not to bring to the club: EBC will reject, and also ban anyone who brings any illegal items to the venue.  Please be sure you do not bring any of the following:

• No illegal drugs, including any THC related products. Even with recreational marijuana use legalized in the state of Nevada, it is still banned from the club.  Do NOT risk it with THC based vape pens, as they will get checked when at security. Encore Beach Club has arguably the most thorough security check of any club in Las Vegas. 
• The venue will confiscate medicine / drug containers unless you have a prescription or doctors note with you. Epi-pens are ok though.
• Selfie sticks and GoPros are forbidden. You won’t get banned for having these but they won’t let you bring them in with you.
