By all means, meet Prysm, a new club in the old Crobar space offering your standard debauched-night-in-Vegas vibe.

Lots of angular mirrors in here. And shiny things. And champagne buckets. And colored lights. And a 5am closing time on Saturday night. And, yep, that all sounds about right for a place called Prysm.

When you enter, you’ll confront a giant stage where some big-name DJ will be doing what big-name DJs do. The best thing to do is reserve a table across from that stage. Safely ensconced, order a Nebuchadnezzar or a Balthazar or something bubbly and just relax. Enjoy.

Make your way upstairs, where you’ll be rewarded with a perch to look down on the crowd below.

Slip into the Den, the private lounge hidden behind dark paneling and a ridiculous amount of doorknockers.

Cover charge is generally $20-30 but we have access to a free girl’s guestlist.

Expect to wait anywhere from 20-40 min depending on when you arrive.

Prysm is open Fridays and Saturdays.

What are the best nights to go to Prysm?

Both Fridays and Saturdays are good. It just depends which DJs you prefer.

What is the dress code at Prysm?

Smart Upscale Attire: No hats, no shorts, no chains, no baggy clothes, no gym shoes, no graphic tees, no joggers, no athletic wear. Collared shirts and fashionable clothing is recommended and at the discretion of the door. Any exercise of discretion under this dress code shall be applied in a gender-neutral, non discriminatory manner, in accordance with all applicable law.
